pioneered lien release and assignment processing
services. DOCX National Recorder Information
Database (RID), document templates, decision
engines and fee calculators are licensed to many
of the top mortgage companies and have been
embedded in some of the most widely used
applications in the industry today. Today, DOCX is
the only service provider that also supports a
licensed technology solution offering clients a
hybrid solution. Whether looking for a technology
solution for processing in-house or a full
outsource business partner, DOCX offers the

DOCX
was founded in Springfield Ohio as a privately
held company in 1993. DOCX, LLC was acquired
by Fidelity National Financial (FNF) Inc on August
31, 2005. Following the acquisition by FNF,
DOCX and FNF’s Loan Portfolio Solutions (LPS)
merged to create the largest lien release and
assignment processing company in the United
States.
Today
DOCX employs 101 employees at the Alpharetta, GA
facility and 3 employees at the Tustin, CA site.

Locations
DOCX
has two offices, the main headquarters in Atlanta,
Georgia and a satellite office in Santa Ana,
California. All lien release and assignment
processing is handled out of the Atlanta office.
The Santa Ana office manages the client care calls
for our west coast clients and handles a number of
tracking projects.
