Simply upload your data file of paid off loans into the e-Release ™ application at the DOCX website.

e-Release ™ accepts the FNIS (Alltel) Paid in Full report, and can be modified to meet other servicing system reports.

You will be prompted to enter any missing mortgage recording data specifically required for each loan.

Once the required data is entered you are done with your task. Any loans still missing data will go into an exception queue.

From the data you provide, DOCX will print and execute the releases, prepare the checks for recording fees and submit the releases for recording. Where available, DOCX will e-record the releases.

DOCX will track delivery of the documents to the jurisdiction, image the recorded documents and provide an online status report at the DOCX website.
